Writing this blog after a gap of almost 7-8days.
Eid was on the 28th of July. We had a very good time , Masha Allah. There was a get-together at Atiya Khala's place in Leytonstone. We had gone there. On the way back we had picked Fahad (Farah's cousin). Fahad stayed the next day at our place.
August 1st- 4th we had gone to Butlins, Skegness. Came back mid-day today. We did some really different activities there including Archery which was a first for me. We also watched the movie 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' plus watched the Commonwealth Games. India did well to finish 5th in the medals tally.
In the meantime India lost the third test by a huge margin. Jadeja and Anderson have been let off, which is a good decision. It is going to be a uphill battle for India from here onwards. Cook and Bell are back in form.
